Recreational Concept
The level of play and competition is what differentiates recreational from competitive (classic) soccer. In the recreational soccer programs, teams are chosen by random player assignment, and the recreational league coaches are expected to play all players an equal amount of the game, regardless of each player’s aptitude.
We encourage kids to play recreational soccer initially, as the program provides them the opportunity to see how they like the sport before subjecting them to a higher level of commitment.
